Tournament apo usage on Pro Elves

Post by Mootaz »

I'll be taking my Pro Elves again to a tourney, this time with an apo.

I found out that my team really struggles if the opponent manages to remove the Blitzers.
So I thought:
1) In the first half I will use my apo only on the Blitzers
2) Very late in first half (turn 7 or 8) I might use the apo on a catcher
3) In the second half I will use the apo on the first injury to any elf.

Does this sound reasonable?

So you think I should rather invest in an extra reroll or upgrade players?

At TR100 I have
2 Blitzers
2 Catchers
7 Lineelves
3 RR
1 FF

This tourney will be TR 105 so I have the following options:
1) +1 RR
2) + Apo
3) Upgrade 2 Lineelves to 1 Catcher and 1 Thrower

I thought 3 RR or 4 RR is not such a huge difference. For me it's always been "If it's running well I have rerolls left, if it's running badly it doesn't matter if I have 3 RR or 4 RR"
So I thought having an apo keeps my important players on the pitch which could massively help me.
