Well my last league game was s***.
Thrower dead, 2 BOB miss next game and I also lost.

I have now 130.000 gp and don`t now what to buy.
My team (for the next game vs Orcs):
2 BOB
1 Blitzer
1 Blitzer +AG
1 Blitzer Guard
1 Blitzer MB, Guard and NI
1 Gobbo
3 Lineorc 2 with Block, one with Dodge

My opponent:
4 BOB 3 with Block
1 Blitzer
1 Blitzer Guard
2 Blitzer Stand firm, one with Frenzy
2 Thrower one with Block
2 Lineorcs one with Block

Should I get the Troll now or Thrower and Lineorc to even the numbers?
Any help is very much appreciated.

I'd go wth a thrower and a linorc to even up the numbers.

Another goblin might be useful instead of the lineorc as your opponent doesn't hve any tackle.

I'd go for the troll, to help soak up damage and stop the other team going straight through you while your BOBs recover. Another alternative would be to get a thrower and a second gobbo. That would give you a series of different options to play a different style to your opponent. I wouldn't waste any money on linemen. You already have 3 and they only really fill in gaps when your positionals are injured. another alternative is to get a wizard: would be fun if your opponent started to cage and use his extra block orcs.

if you already have one....then id lean towards a troll.

Definately a thrower, the only problem I see with a troll is its not going to give you options on attack and defense. Yes a troll could cause damage but the downside is you're pretty much stuck with a running game and to be honest if I had 4 BoB's (3 Block) I'd be confident I could break your cage up. When I play a side with a none block troll i frequently and happily block them giving my opponent the choice of 2 dice. In my experience its amazing how often you seem to knock them over. Once you have a troll down its then very hard sometimes to get them up and running again.

Maybe you could freeboot a gobbo in also, just to sure up the numbers and give you lots of options but without a big loss in money. You then just have to hope the gate and winnings are good in the game to get your troll for the following match.

no, his opponent has 2 throwers. he has none.

i would rec thrower and gobbo. there is no tackle so he would be more useful than a line orc. plus no biggie if the gobbo dies, the 2 BOB's are coming back next game.

I'd go lineman apoth and free boot a second line man for this next game it doesnt matter what happens to him so use him for the risky plays. how many trr do you have

thrower seems a very good option then. gobbo can be used for assits in blocks, running with the ball if need be, reserve, and just generally a nusisance.

id buy an apoth after this game though.

So the majority ATM is leaning towards Thrower and Gobbo.
I forgat that option but makes more sense than Lineorc.
BTW: I already got an Apo.

So any other thoughts there?

how much fame/fan factor and how many TRR's you got?

FF is 9 and TR about 145 and 3 RR

well FF means you'll be raking in a bit of cash after each game hoepfully.

3 team RR's to. Id go for a troll after this game, you already have 4 BOB 4 Blitzers, and possibly a thrower n gobbo. plus the rest of your team.
