Khemri starting roster- input please

Hey all
Having never played any undead variety of teams, I'm a bit out of my element trying to put together a khemri roster for my upcoming TT league. I wanted a bashy team, and dwarves/orcs/CDs were already taken sooooo...
Currently I'm looking at this roster...
4x mummies
2x thro-ras
5x skeletons
3x rerolls
6 FF
format is LRB5. I figured I should do what I can to start with 4 mummies, and while I realize the huge importance of the thro-ras on this team I wonder if I should make some changes to get a blitz-ra (or both) on the roster instead/as well, even if it means getting rid of a mummy or two. The league is going to be perpetual, so while our "season" will likely have this team only see ~12 games before the finals, I'll be able to build them into the future beyond that as well. I'm more interested in this team doing well long-term rather than trying to race for gold this season.
Any input's appreciated, thanks. I feel like a newb trying to put this team together... they're so very NOT like elves which are what I'm used to

I'd try to get at least one player with Block fit in there. So important in defense.

Throw away some FF and take Blitz-ra instead of thro-ra.
You need that man and FF 6 is too much at LRB 5 (my experience).
Anyway I played with Khemry 1 league and find out that succesfull way to level up your team is to pick up and score with same player. Take your time and save 2 turns for picking up the ball. Pick it up as last move expect that you will fail and use reroll on second turn. Score 2 times with same player. (hopefully in the same match) Use 3 dice blocks with mummies and pray for double. Blitz Ra will be your main defence so give one strip ball. I used pass as last hope and done this succesfully just 4 time in 10 matches. (I tryed to pass maybe 6 or so times so I was quite lucky). Cage is your friend and do not forget to let your opponent to recieve first. (explanation is at another Khemry thread) Try to win 2:1 or with bit of skill and luck 2:0. (if you break opponent offence in first half)

thanks for the input guys. I guess coming from an elf background I was more concerned with the sure hands thro-ras, but i can see the argument for block. So 2FF and 2 blitz-ras rather than thro-ras, and pick up the thro's as soon as i can afford to I guess? (assuming i dont have a bunch of skellies to replace, hehe)
I know I'll have a lot of speed in my league, so making sure I can at least surround the ball well while I try to pick it up will be pretty important for my team. Just want to make sure I dont get pinned down on the LoS and cant support whoever's trying to get the ball in hand... especially since even getting my other backfield players tied up away from the ball will mean I have bad odds of dodging away to go help.
Should be interesting... but again thanks for the advice

I also read somewhere in some Khem strategy guide that thro-ras should be avoided altogether and just turn one of your blitz-ras into your ball handler. Never tried it, but it's something to consider.

He's playing LRB 5 , then thro-ra's are worth it as they get +1 MA over LRB 4. The MA of 6 of the blitz-ra was the number 1 reason to let them run the ball.

Actually I turned 1 of my blitz-ra into ball handler under LRB 4, but I found it not worth in my league, because as I stated before I tryed to score 2 times with same player and different player each match. It is not that hard in the beggining of league and in the end I had 2 tro-ras anyway. And they are much better under LRB5.
So I suggest to make blitz-ras specialized for defence - strip ball, frenzy, wrestle (you can get ball even on block rolled), tackle.
Also under LRB5 I recomend try to keep low TR so you can get inducements and use them to buy bribes and/or Hack Enlash (star player), he really foules hard

. And do not worry to foul (esp. if you have bribes)

Personally I'd go for more bruiser skills. Strip ball isn't worth it on an ag 2 player imo (well, not on a blitzer anyway, take it on a skellie or a thro-ra if you really want it), wrestle is best for players that are going to take hits, not deal 'em out. Getting the ball loose will follow automatically from dishing out the pain, no need to develop specialist players for it, leave that to the elves.
I'd take Mighty Blow first for quicker skilling, then Tackle and then Frenzy, next Stand Firm/Juggernaut.
At least that's my take on it.
