Hi Im a wood elves coach and I have a great problem with skaven teams, the beat me everytime i play against them...
I was just hoping than any more experience coach than me could give some advice to make that rats go back to their nasty hole or any advice in my roster team for an one-off game against them would be apreciated

well as I ve been reading some logical thinks of veteran players i will try to be as precise as I can.
I play wood elves (the ones that can make you dizzy just crossing form one side to the other of the pitch)
I play the LRB4 and I usually make this roster for one off games
rookie treemen 120
2wardancer 240
2 catcher 180
thrower 90
5linemen 350
no rerrolls allowed in our games....
I cant play the dodge away everyturn against my friend with skaven becouse it's a deal between us, of course he wont do it for the same reason.
My main problem is that I cant get myself into his half zone becouse he keps surrounding my catchers and using his blitz against one ot them which leaves me one stunned (if he's unlucky) and the other in 3 or 4 takle zones which means a low possibillity of getting the ball from a pass.
So i get forced into going up with my thrower in a cage which is quite hopeless for me as i choose wood elves to pass and run not to make slow moving tactics.... and he always manages to break it with a pair of skaven blitzers and the BIGRAT
ALL this leves me with the final question...
Could anybody please help me in anyway to beat skaven?

You are paying 20k extra on all your players for AG4 - and then you aren't using it. That's roughly 20% of the value of your team wasted.
I don't think I've every heard of a no rerolls league before. Since yours are cheaper, and you generally need them more that's another disadvantage to you I think.

No rerolls on any rookie Elf team is really bad. You don't have very many skills, so those rerolls are crucial. This rule is an advantage for Skaven vs. Wood Elves. No RRs is quite odd, but if this is how you guys play ...
And the not dodge rule is an advantage for the Skaven as well. I play Skaven, and I put TZs on my opponent with my Linrats all the time. Linerats tying-up LineElves is an excellent thing for the Skaven. Cancel that agreement if you can, as it is to your disadvantage.
Never let your catchers by themselves. If you do that, you will get the result that you described. Create a hole and move your catchers with a bunch of other players to create some form of lose cage in the Skaven zone. Try to make sure that there is no way that he can blitz your potential catcher (which can be any of your players, they all catch on a 2+ roll without TZs). Keep those players out of any TZs.
He will probably blitz one of your players and try to put TZs on the other elves in his zone. In your turn, blitz and block such that your catcher has no TZs on him, poke a hole to give you a clear or safe running lane to the EZ, then run, pass, catch, run, score. If your thrower is too far away, don't forget the run, pass, catch, run, hand-off, catch run routine (or its reverse, hand-off before pass). Wood Elves are great at this play, as they all have AG4 and good movement.
I would drop the treeman, especially against Skaven. My guess is that he just stands there and spends the whole game beating-up on a worthless LineRat, and that's when he has not taken root. Get other players instead, they will be more valuable. They can move, they can score, and you will have replacements for the inevitable injuries.
And you have probably noticed that most of his scoring plays involves the Gutter Runners. They are the key to the Skaven. Without them, the team is in trouble. So hit the GRs, foul them, hit them again, foul them again. Get them off the pitch. Especially if you get a few spare LineElves, getting a LineElf thrown-out because of a foul is not such a big deal, especially if it means that he can't score so easily anymore.

Muhhaha. Khemri would be a killer with this agreement.
