I was going to give this lucky lady Block next and use her as the primary running back.
We're using LRB 5 and i have 4 Blitzers in the team, 2 with Guard, one Catcher and 7 other linew
In what other ways could she be developed ie Pass Defence etc
The league is not overly bashy although Orcs are leading after week 3 with the Zons close behind (P3 W3 but not as many casualties caused). Its an 8 week league and then playoffs/final
Thanks, d

Stick with a simple plan Dazza
Use her to run the ball.

Best follow Ian's advice and make her as invulnerable (for this game) as you can.
One of my opponent's rolled an AG+ on his first skill up on a 'Zon blitzer... boy is she gonna be tough to take out!
But she, as will your's, will be a target as the irritation factor is high!
Good luck with the "ladies"!

Hi - an Ag4 Blodger

hope she skills up quickly (she'll be ball carrying & maybe putting the odd quick throw/hand off back for the next couple of games)
Playing Chaos tonight - 4 CWs (2 with skills) and a Mino. Could be fun

Sounds liek you'll be needing those dodge re-rolls
Now go and get some work done, you can worry about your super line bird later.

Rich, he's got to be next to em to hit em. Zons are bashier than the guys think - i don't dodge as a rule
You down tonight?
And, don't you have any preparation to do or are you going to wait until the day before and copy it off a mate

I will indeed be down tonight and am playing the humans of Dedders, so should be a fun game.
Think I've worked out what I need to do with the Elves, something I didn't do at the CC.
As for prep? nah mate I broke up on friday so I'm off for six weeks

Beating up the newbies - [tut]
I saw your thread - makes sense to pop 4 or 5 down field incl Catchers and drop the ball carrier back downfield looking for that 2nd turn score by either running or throwing

well, she's now got Block with the aid of a TD and her 3rd MVP in 4 games
So, whats next
Normal - Fend, Sure Hands
Doubles - Sure Feet, Leap , Side-Step
She's becoming a Monster
