Skill for Blodge Human Blitzer

Hi all!

My Human Star Blitzer will get an increase very soon, and the first skill I already got doubles, so I took Dodge. Its LRB 5.0, btw.

Now I am in doubt how to develop him further. I dont wanna make him a Dauntless guy or downfield sweeper, I have other blitzers for that. I was thinking:

1. Go with Stand Firm. Dodge means I can risk trying to move through enemy lines, and when he gets a TZ on a ball or ball carrier he is difficult to get off. Then Guard will make him even more annoying.

2. Guard. Alway handy, but my other Blitzers can go that route as well.

3. Tackle/Strip ball. Same story, other guys to go that way ( I got one unskilled Blitzer and a fourth one died just yesterday).

Any other ideas apart from Stand Firm?

I'd take Strip Ball, you want your stripper ( :wink: ) to be fast and manouvrable so he fits the bill perfectly, next skill either stand firm or juggernaut (to combo with strip ball).
Otoh it's maybe better for a catcher to go wrestle/dauntless/strip ball...

Maybe its not a bad idea after all. Sure Hands next and he would be the ideal Stripper able to get the ball as well afterwards and dodge away!

BTW.

Stand firm doesn't help any more to cover failed dodge rolls. So this is not a option in LRB 5 anymore.

Ok, sure hands next then and you have a reasonably annoying ball carrier.
