I posted the same question a while ago and got some very good advice. In the meantime I played a couple of games with my necro team. Thus the other players developed as well and don't think that the advice I got does fit my current team.

My team:

2 WW - one Blodge, the other MB + Block
2 FG - one Block, one Guard
2 Gh - one Bloc, the other Accurate + Pass
8 Zo - 2 * Block, one with Block + Guard, one Kick, 4 * no Skill
Wight 1 - Dodge + Guard
Wight 2 (the lucky guy) - Ag+ and now one normal skill (GS)

The advice I got, was:
Sure Hands in order to get the ball and keep it against Strip Ball Player, of which we don't have many in our league.

Strong Arm: To pass the ball, but now I already have a good passer with the second Ghoul.

Guard: Always a good skill, but I already have three players with guard. I do think, that I don't really have the need for another Guard player although I would give it to any other player who may choose a Strength skill.

My thoughts over the last days kept sticking to Pass Block as an alternative, especially as the PlayOffs are coming soon and there are at least two teams which rely on their passing game, namely a Skaven and an human team.

What do you think, is Pass Block worth a thought, should I take one of the above or do I miss another great skill?

I think its worth a thought, but what your team really needs, is a good tackle player.

AG4 gives this player the ability to get where he wants. Especially against skaven and human, you wont regret giving tackle. Mighty Blow afterwards, and you have the nearly perfect safety.

I have to agree wirth Kheldar, I tend to take unusual choices a lot but tackle or Mighty Blow would be good here.

start working towards the next skill.

All good sailors like block and tackle. I'd put tackle on him.

I think I'd still go with Guard...when combined with the AG4, it means you can put those assists where they are needed. You do have other players with Guard, but none with that kind of mobility. Once the play begins, an AG2 guard guy is pretty much stuck where you started him, whereas an AG4 guarder can go where he's needed, aka, dodging away and into places where those assists matter most.

Not that tackle isn't a good answer too...

Guard - AG4 to get where the assist matters.

The wolves are the ones doing all the blitzing so tackle isn't quite as useful on the necro team.
