Skilling up a High Elf Lineman
My league just started a rookie league where we all are running new teams. I'm running a High Elf team. I won my first game ever (yea me!) after about 15 defeats and a few ties. lol. Newho, I skilled up a lineman after one game. I rolled doubles for the skill.
I feel I have 3 main choices:
Dodge
Leader
Guard
Some other choices could be
Strong Arm
Diving Catch
Catch
Hail Mary Pass
Leap
Nerves of Steel
Sure Feet
Sure Hands
My team has 2 catcher, 2 blitzers, 1 thrower and 6 linemen. I also have 2 rerolls.
What should I choose and why?

Oh captain, my captain
I'd recommend Leader, since you might as well use the access to passing skills. Also, on your line elf list, I don't see Kick as a potential skill to give. You might want to consider that one, too, on a non-doubles roll.

As a guy just about to start a rookie High Elf team in an established league I recommend Leader highly.
How have you felt with having two rerolls? I always feel like I need three.
That's just my opinion though. Kick could work quite well if your opponents are prone to silly formations. Guard is useful depending on how you use your linos.

Gaurd. You can't count on other linemen ever getting doubles again and guard is gold on elf linemen. No brainer for me.
Dodge doesn't require any special roll. Your thrower can get leader if you want it that bad. Don't bother taking any skill choice another position can get with a normal roll.
