Hi there

I've got a humie cathcer that's been reduced to ST = 1. He's got block.

We play LRB5.0, and the league is a long lasting event. (The teams can enter the next season etc. )

what would you do to my catcher?

I'm thinkin I'll keep him until he's not a MISS NEXT, and then see if I've got the cash to replace him.. Or maybe I'll concider to keep him as a reserve/offense player, cause of his catch, dodge and block combination... Hmm, he is a big risk though, almost any opponent get 3 block dice against him, and he is 90K teamvalue...

Fire him?

Yeah, fire him, blodge is nice, but with 3d against him from a ST 3 player, he'll soon get the POWs coming in, get injured and you'll be a man down. Not worth the 90k against TV.

Ok then, so I fired him :)

What about theese two players?
1. Another catcher : -1 MA
2. A lineman with block and 2.nd skill in just a few SPP's : -1AV

I'm thinkin I'll keep them, at least until I get some more cash! They're much more worth than a journyman to my team, even with their handycap..

Yeah, I'd keep those 2, at least until you can afford to replace them and have at least 12 regular players.

I would keep the Str 1 Catcher until you can buy another one, the one with AV too, but i would fire the one with -1MA, I hate it, when my players are starting to get slow ^^

you'd keep a player who could lose a stand up fight with 2 Snotlings and ditch one who is faster than your blitzers

Sounds sane upstanding advice to me!!! CluckPfanarfph
