Norse for 1.1mil tourney.

Looking at
Snow Troll
2 Ulf
2 Berserkers
1 Runner
1 Thrower
and 4 Linemen
3 rerolls
1AC, 1CL
OR thinking about dropping the runner and a staff (or poss a reroll) to get another lineman for 12 players
Before the first game: A normally accessible skill may be given to two players on their team.
Before game 2 a normally accessible skill may be given to one player.
Before game 3 One player may receive a skill as if they received a doubles roll or Two players may be given a normally accessible skill.
Before game 4 a normally accessible skill may be given to two players.
Before game 5 One player may receive a skill as if they received a doubles roll or Two players may be given a normally accessible skill.
Before game 6 a normally accessible skill may be given to two players.
What do u think?

I'd drop your Thrower for a Lineman and spend the Staff. Or drop the Thrower and Staff and get a second Runner.
Apart from that I like the Lineup. Just curious whether you're going to take Block on your Snow Troll or Mighty Blow?
Oh and I think you should take Surehands on a Runner and Block on the Ulfs sooner rather than later.

I would have Mightly Blow on the Snow Troll as the first skill. 100% Defo
I like the idea of having 12 players (altough I don’t play Tourni’s!) I think with Norse it’s a good idea. Your players are similar and have Av7 so yeah I would get 12 players.
As for other skills – can one get Sure Hands easily? Then get them Surehands – the rest is just flavour.

Even 12 players for Norse are too few.
I'd go for
1 Snow Troll
1 Ulfwerener
2 Berserker
1 Runner
1 Thrower
7 Lineman
2 FF
1 AC
1 CL
Skills: 1x Leader for the Runner; Block for the Ulf; Guard for the Troll and Guard to a Berserker; Dodge to the runner and Guard to the other Berserker; Tackle for a Lineman and Kick to another Lineman; Dirty Player to a Lineman and Tackle to another lineman.
I would ignore the doubles and would go for more additional skills..

give block to the ulf 1st the sure hands to the runner

13 Players on a tournament? isn´t this way to much?
Take:
1 Snow Troll
2 Ulfwerener
2 Blitzer
2 Runner
5 Linemen
2 Rerolls
1 FF
don´t know why so much rerolls ^^
Game 1: 2x Sure Hands on Runners
Game 2: Strip Ball on one Blitzer
Game 3: Block on both Ulfwerener
Game 4: Tackle on both Ulfwerener
After that you should take, what you like. Kick maybe, Guard, more Tackle, Mighty Blow...

should have said - with the skills no player can have more than one skill.
13 players seems like a LOT considering that surely I'll be playing quite a few games against agile teams where I wont need them?
If I do go for 13 players it may well look like this.

Ulf

Skills would be
Game1
Thrower gets Leader
Ulf gets Block
Game 2
Runner gets sure hands
Game 3
Berserker gets guard
Troll gets guard (not sure about either this or MB, block would take up both skill choices in this round)
Game 4
Other Berserker gets guard
Other runner gets dodge
Game 5
Lineman gets tackle
Lineman gets kick
Game 6
Lineman gets tackle
Lineman gets Dirty Player.

I think, 13 Players are way to much. 12 is perfect (every team can get a lucky shot) but you wouldn´t need as much player until you play against a chainsaw or a stabber, a Team full of Block protects better then a big armor ^^

Drop a Beserker and AC and get 2 linemen. You can't run 11 players on a 7 AV team in a 1.1 mil tourney.
RD 1- Leader on Thrower and MB on Troll (7 at most to break ALL armor now!)
RD 2- Block on both Ulfs
Rd 3- Catch or Dodge on Runner, Guard on Beserker
Rd 4- on linemen, Tackle and Kick
Rd 5- on linemen, Tackle and Pro
Rd 6- on lineman, Dirty Player and Pro (or Stripball if called for)

For the 2nd game you only get one skill btw.

13 is too many. 12 is optimal, 11 is unnecessarily risky because your base players are cheap, and you get the 1.1M roster.
1 Snow Troll 14
2 Ulf 22
2 Runner 18
1 Thrower 7
2 Berzerkers 18
4 Line 20
2 RR
1 FF (or AC or CL)
Game 1: 2 Ulfs with Block
Game 2: Thrower with Leader
Game 3: Snow Troll with Block
Game 4: 2 Runners with Dodge
Game 5: 1 Berzerker with Juggernaut, other with MightyBlow
Game 6: 2 Line with whatever...Tackle, Pro, Dauntless, depends on likely opponent.

that adds up to 1.120k? If I could take that team that'd be good yeah - but I cant.
