Skill choice on a +1 Ag Ghoul
Hi huys!
I have been very lucky, in a way.....
I rolled a double 5 on a skill roll for my Ghoul. He already has an AG upgrade and Block, and also begins with Dodge, obviously.
What to do now?
+1 AV would be a benifit, and the +1 MV as well. However, I usually tend to skills, and especially ones which help all the time, like e.g. Guard.
I could develop him into a Passer, with Pass. A next skill could be Sure Hands. Dump-off could be handy here as well, as AG4 allows him to pass good anyway.
Guard could also be very handy, and he can get almost everywhere. Mighty Blow for finishing catcher type guys, with Tackle next.
I dont need Leader (I already have 5 rr).
Any skills I have missed? What would you guys prefer?
Thanks!
Brokje

I'd franky take the +AV. While it's not as beneficial for scoring as +MA or Pass could be it will increase his survival rate.
I target Ghouls on undead/necro teams anyway, but +AG Ghouls get a very special form of treatment. +AV might make the difference between survival and death, as those poor saps don't have regenerate.

+AV for sure. My 4 ghouls are constantly targetted in every game I play. Given the choice of hitting one of my AV7 ghouls and my AV8 ghoul, my opponents almost always choose the softer option - so the AV8 guy simply does not get hit nearly as often. Of course since I place him close to the rookie ghoul all the time it does mean that I need to keep 70k on hand to replace the rookie ghoul every couple of games, BUT my MA8 AV8 ghoul tends to stay on his feet and on the pitch ready for that next TD !!
No regen means that an AV increase on a ghoul is just way too valuable to pass up.

MA 8 isn't much better than MA 7, but AV 8 over AV 7 makes a world of difference.
