This is yet another noobish question...
But Ive been told under the lastest BB rulez orcs and gobbos cant be mixed on the same team. Firstly... is this true? and if so where in the lastest rulez is this stated?
Secondly... does this also mean Orcs cant include a Troll on thier team?
And if they still can... does the Troll come at a slight discount because the 'throw team-mate' skill is redundent due to there being no one small anuf to throw... coz gobbos cant play on Orc teamz?

In the back of your rulebook is a list of teams.... Orcs may field up to 4 Goblins; and up to 1 Troll....

No discount on the Troll... standard pricing....

I think 1x Troll and 2x Gobbos on an Orc team are well worth it... with as many positionals as affordable ('cept you really only need 1x Thrower)....

You're still allowed to have 1 Troll and up to 4 Goblins. The Troll cost 100k in LRB4, and it now cost 110k in LRB5. The Troll lost the Big Guy skill, but gained Loner. And Orc teams in LRB5 can field 16 LineOrcs, instead of 12 in LRB4.

Asside from that, the Orc team list from LRB4 to LRB5 is the same. And I believe that the proposed rule changes don't have any changes for the Orcs.

As Cramy mentioned, Trolls and Goblins are similar to LRB4, so yes you can still get them. I think if they removed Trolls and Goblins from Orc rosters, the team would lose some of its flavor.

Trolls and Goblins on an Orc team are awesome. With the 4 BOB and 4 Blitzers, you already have a solid base. With the troll added in, the team is just a crushing machine. And the golbin adds that annoying agility, dodge anywhere capability. Once you develop your Orc team, they are so much fun I find. If you can't smash your way through the team and score, just chuck a gobo into the endzone. Wish my dwarves could do something like that.

A Troll flanked by two BOBs is very hard for most teams to deal with. Put two more BOBs where they'll have to get blitzed, and watch the fun ensue, especially against an all-ST3 team.
