Orc Blitzer
7-3-4-9-Block, Tackle, +MA, Mighty Blow, +AG, ?Doubles?
Here are my initial thoughts...
1) Leap - Bouncing Wardancers are a pain, why not me too? Gives me a option to crack cages and/or tough spots. Also lets me avoid tricky coverage.
2) Side Step - a great skill to annoy people. Good Synergy with all the Stand Firm the team has. Get stuck in and stay there. Also works on offence as I can run on the side or stay out of trouble.
3) Jump Up - This is one of my favourite skills. Even if you blitz me, I can move like a cracka! Use that AG to get where I need to go and/or get the ball.
4) Dodge - I hate dodge. It works en masse, but blows when only one guy has it... every dog has tackle, or that one guy aleays does right when you
need that dodge skill.
5) Diving tackle - an awesome skill to cause frustration!
6) Pro - Ignore the doubles and recognise that this is my Go to guy. A RR every now and again when the chips are down would be pretty sweet!

I would also say diving tackle and then stand firm as soon as posible.
But you could go for leap, preferably pwith a guard goblin if you have or could get that? That would be the fun otion and would be great on defence, diving tackle is the solid option.
I wouldnt take pro and I would take jump up before dodge and stand firm over side step.

my thoughts:

It's an orc blitzer, he should be going through his opponents instead of over them IMO.
2) Side Step - a great skill to annoy people. Good Synergy with all the Stand Firm the team has. Get stuck in and stay there. Also works on offence as I can run on the side or stay out of trouble.
Side Step is never a bad choice!
3) Jump Up - This is one of my favourite skills. Even if you blitz me, I can move like a cracka! Use that AG to get where I need to go and/or get the ball.
It's a good skill but Side Step is superior IMO, SS will keep you from going down as opponents will be more reluctant to block/blitz you.
4) Dodge - I hate dodge. It works en masse, but blows when only one guy has it... every dog has tackle, or that one guy aleays does right when you need that dodge skill.
I agree.
5) Diving tackle - an awesome skill to cause frustration!
DT rocks if you're going to combine it with SS or Stand Firm, seeing your next skill is 100 spp's away, I wouldn't do it!
6) Pro - Ignore the doubles and recognise that this is my Go to guy. A RR every now and again when the chips are down would be pretty sweet!
In my experience Pro is a very mediochre skill, when the chips are down you'll probably use an actual reroll instead of gambling on Pro. I don't see it half as usefull as eg Side Step.
Another option is Piling On. This guy would make a frightening soft target hunter. His high AG and MA make sure this guy can hit where it hurts (hiding skinks becomes a whole lot harder) and PO would make sure those hits stick. If your league has enough soft targets I would pick PO, otherwise Side Step...

What about Catch?
With AG 4 he could make a reliable catcher and gives you a passing game option.
This of course assumes you don't have any other passing game positions (aka. another player with this in mind, a goblin or 2, etc.)

Jump Up is great for a high armour low(er) strength player. Increases mobility significantly and gives you extra blocks.

I counted wrong, thought you were getting a new skill in 25 SPP. Then I would go for leap or jump up.

Call me boring but I'd go dodge - it maximises your potential to use the +MA and +AG.

It's a tough dark elf blitzer! And it's probably the last skill on him.
What would you give to a dark elf blitzer?
Leap - Great for both offence (just jump over the stand firm guys) and defence (jump into the action)
Side Step - Puts you in command when the opponent blocks you.
Jump-Up - Becuse of the MA7 he will be fast even when prone!
Sprint - How about a MA10 orc blitzer! Great for two turn TDs and good to hunt down fast players (fearsome with tackle/mighty blow)

What a legendary player!
I voted for boring dodge. Partly because sometimes, he will be blocked by non-tackle players. However, mainly because with his ag 4, you can dodge him around the place - take short cuts through tackle zones, get into semi-protected ball carriers, or run through the line with the ball. With dodge skill and Ag 4, you can do that a lot more reliably. He's like a super hard elf.

I don't like or believe in Dodge when only ONE player in the team has it. The few and only tackle players in the opponents team will get him and can tie him up.

And at that point, he's still a blitzer with mighty blow.

leap will give you a complete new tactical option. might save a day.
and with av 9 you're unlikely to leap yourself into the casbox (go risky

I voted Leap. Gives him a new dimension.
