Perpetual league with only 2 people and 8 teams

I mentioned this once before when posting about an Amazon Blitzer that had gotten a double, well since then practically no one has gotten a skill but that brings me up to my next match against my friend, which will finalize every teams first match
Next up is Humans vs. Necromancers (the Humans I'm using, Necro he is)
I am a fairly experienced Human and Necro player (nothing compared to some though) and he is an inexperienced both teams player.
The thing with my friend here is he is the type of player that plays like his team is fully of Sneaky Git, Dirty Players and they all have St 4 and guard. In short he bashes like there is no tomorrow.
My problem is in the past 2 matches I have had 2 Dwarf blockers get -1Av from fouls, even though I won that game.
The next match he is in for a surprise because I plan on fouling the heck out of the wolves and ghouls laughing and moving on. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to try for in a rookie Necro vs. rookie Human team?
