What to give a str.5 saurus
What to give a str.5 saurus who have +1 str, block, mighty blow, and guard?
im thinking, tackel, multi block, frenzy, or brake tackel.
most of the other sauruses have block, guard, and mb
one of them have frenzy, block, and +1ma

Str 5, Block, and guard?
I'd definitely go for stand firm. With that beautiful AV9, put him in the thick of things and force your opponent to commit a ton of STR to removing him (just like the Krox).
Depending on the proposed length of the league (will he be back for another league after this one? Is it almost playoffs / retire team time?). If he's still got a lengthy career in front of him, I'm one of the sick people who likes Frenzy. That many more chances to hurt people, and rake in SPPs. Crowd surfing people is also much, much easier with 1 or 2 Frenzy players.

Stand Firm, Frenzy, Break Tackle are all good choices. I agree with the Stand Firm idea - it makes him a very imposing roadblock. You put that guard where you want it, and it STAYS there.
I had a friend whose undead team had both mummies with Block and Stand Firm - they were massively annoying.

Stand firm will allow you to dump him in the fighting, and hold his own.
Break tackle might be ok, but I wouldn't go for it, as he's not a runner, he's a blocker. it could be useful for allowing him to dodge out and make a vital block, but most of the time he wont have the MA to use it well.
go for stand firm, or frenzy, depending how long of the league is left. if its a good few games, frenzy is a great choice.

I think I'd better elaborate:
Looks like you have no other saurii with break tackle.
Bringing down opposing key players with your blitz is sometimes very hard work for the skinks - needing lots of assists, and having no access to the crucial G-skills.
A ST5 saurus with block can blitz almost anything, it has good range with a MA of 6.
Heck, it can even dodge into a standard cage on a 4+, to deliver a 2 dice smack on almost anything.
Cheers

That is a good point. Something I didnt think of. Break tackle would seem to be the better choice then, though i still like frenzyplasmoid wrote:A ST5 saurus with block can blitz almost anything, it has good range with a MA of 6.

Break Tackle, Frenzy, and Stand Firm are worthy of consideration, in my view.
I'd go for Break Tackle personally, but perhaps this player is never marked anyway with STR 5, Guard, block, and MB? But is he really getting pushed away from the action a lot?
With all that said, I'd probably go for Tackle.

If you have a couple of Saurus ready to improve, then maybe Stand Firm. If not, maybe Break Tackle. ST5/Block is tough enough for an inside backer, and even with MB he's still prone to ending up in a TZ. But a Krox with Stand Firm and a ST5 Saurus with Mighty Blow and Stand Firm will just shut down all inside play, and force everything to the wide zones, maximizing the value of your high MA.
