Should I retire my injured 47 SPP norse lineman?

Hi

My team is the best ever, winning about everything, hence holding thelongest win and the longest undefeated streak in my league. A great help to do this has been my 4 agility lineman, but he was injured and is now only AG 3.

My team TV is so high, that I'll loose my treasury after the next match. Right now I've got 50K in the treasury.

Concidering my team roster, and the skills of my lineman, should I retire him now that I have the 50K to buy a new rookie?

I would retire him: an ag3/pass block/tackle lino isn't worth 130.000 in my opinion.

I would agree, that is a lot of TV for what you ended up with. Did you ever get to use pass block with him?

Yes, no doubt.

That guy is no better than a rookie and is worth almost 3 times as much! TV management is very important for Norse, so fire him ASAP.

I've used his pass block skills a couple times when he had AG4. No interception from that, but stopped the catch one time..

TV management... It won't help much to fire him, as I'll still be worth a lot more than my opponents anyways.. But I guess his tackle skill ain't worth his sallary...

Thanks for the comment's, I'll retire him then :)

IMO, +stat/-stat is a firing offense if it's the same stat. Doesn't matter who. If you gain a stat and lose it, you're gone. That's what I say!

But you'll giving away 130K (or 80K if you replace him) less in Inducements. Norse need to be sensitive to that kind of thing ... that's the price of a chainsaw, and they will hurt you.

Hmm, I've retired him now. What a shame, the only player leaving the team except players judge illegal when changing from LRB 4 to LRB 5.. Hopefully he'll make a career within the sport some other way, so that he'll get his chances to enter Valhalla some other way..

Assistant coaches a thing from the past...

It's times like these I really miss the old rule about firing a player turning him into an assistant coach.
