TV110 Res Tourney - Skaven

I'm looking for good Skaven build for an upcoming TT resurrection tournament, since the rats are the only TT team I have access to currently.

Rules are as follows:
- LBR6
- death and injuries are reset after each match
- starting TV 1100 per team
- starting skill package: 3 normal skills and 1 choice of normal/double; max 1 skill per player
- no inducements allowed (exception: Halfling Chef!)
- no SPP/level-ups

My ideas so far:
4 GR
1 Thrower
2 SV
1 Rat Ogre (TV 1100 seems too high not to take him)
4 Line Rats
3 RR
Total: 12 players

Skills:
- Wrestle on a Gutter Runner
- Kick on a Storm Vermin (over a Linerat for durability)
- Block on the Rat Ogre (doubles choice)
- 4th skill I'm not sure: options are Strip Ball on another Gutter Runner or Guard on a Storm Vermin

Do you think this build is competitive? What could I change?
What about the skill selection? Do I need one piece with Guard in there? Is Kick worth it?

Thanks for your input!

For me, drop a RR for an apo. Leader thrower, guard SV, strip GR, block RO.

For skaven i usually drop a reroll and add a linerat, av7 is very low, you will need some linefooder.
and to get the 3rd reroll you can add leader to the thrower.

I'm not sure I'd bother with the Rat Ogre. Block does make him a lot more reliable, but if you are blitzing with him most turns then he'll cost games.

Instead you could go for two heads, guard or big hand on a GR and a much bigger bench.

or drop a lino for an apo. I always do it so you get a positional back instead of a lino for the same price!!! And of course you only use the apo if the wound is badly hurt!!!

Hm, these two suggestions would go together well. Dropping the RO for 2 Linerats and an Apo would give me 13 players and the option to revive a GR or SV. Sounds good to me.

4 x GR
2 x SV
1 Thrower
6 x Linerat
3 RR
Apo

@Doubleskulls: No love for Kick? With the above roster, I can maintain 3 RR and drop the Leader skill for Kick on a SV. That would in turn allow for some nice asymmetric defensive line-ups.
Something like: SV w Kick, GR w Guard, GR w Wrestle, GR w Dauntless

My take:

Rat Ogre
Storm Vermin
Gutter Runner - Sure Hands
Gutter Runner - Sidestep
Gutter Runner - Guard
Gutter Runner - Wrestle
6x Linerat

3x Reroll

Apothecary

12 players + apothecary 8)
