WE vs Nurgle 1-0 to WE
I scored in turn 2. Which meant Nurgle had 15 turns to score and didn't!
I only managed to K'O 3 of his players, he injured 2 of mine and K'Oed 2 too
It ended with a desparate attempt to move the ball forward with a player going for it to get on the TDZ... he fell.
I had 2 players out that game. Missed my Wrodge.

Nurgle? The team with the worst offense in the game?

Previously this team had accounted for removing 3 of players from my roster (in one match).
Actually this guy has 7 str 4 players (2 upgrades and a beast with a down grade).
There is an AG4 player to scoop up the ball.
And IIRC 5 Block Mighty blow players.
Generally speaking he rolls the cage up and sits near the middle bashing everything and moves forward a bit at a time.
Still 15 turns to equalise... what the team is that bad all the time?

I would like to register a complaint on behalf of the Khemri Fouling Association at you attempting to imply that our feats of effort in picking up the small irrelevant round thing are beaten by someone who actually has (rotting) skin to grip the pigskin with.

I Know but the coach is keeping the beast because it has guard.
He also has a pestigor with ST4, MB, Claws, Block, Tackle but it is his cas magnet and robs the team of vital pts.

Well if he keeps a -ST beast, then Im not really impressed you'd win even such a silly move as a quick TD to start off the game...

It's off set with 2 ST4 pestigors.
I felt proud because the last time we met he mashed my team royally and yes he did have a ST5 beast then. About 10 players in the dugout, most in the D&I and I lost 3 players. 2 deaths and a -1ST... on a catcher!
The team just mangles others for a grinding finish.
IMO stopping someone from scoring for 15 turns is good. Stopping elves from scoring for 15 turns would be better.

Yeah its difficult to stop someone scoring in 15 turns, therefore it would most likely be a good choice to wait with your own TD leaving him with less turns to equalize...
From the sound of it, it had more to do with him being less lucky with cas rolls than last time you two met. Blodging elves can really slow down an advancing cage to a halt if the opponent lacks tackle.

In fairness after my initial comment, developed nurgle are a totally different kettle of fish to starting nurgle. Still...
