Online Team Roster generator?

Is there a roster tool online that I can use to generate a tournament team for LRB 6?

ie something like an excel sheet or OBBLM but is more freeform to generate starting rosters for teams, auto enters costs, etc, but I can add skills, have a higher initial starting amount, add inducements, and then print a roster from?

I've searched around but can't really find anything.

i also made one (for botocs XML sheet generation):

entirelly javascript so it is usable on i-phones/pads even offline.
and fully editable so you can create your own players by overwriting the stat lines.
