A "character-building" experience with my Underworld team last night.
Of the first 8 dodge rolls that I made, 7 were 1s. Not sure what the odds of that are, but I imagine it is quite slim. I did make a dodge, though, the 6th roll in the sequence was a (team re-rolled) 5.
All the best.

Re: Dodgy run of luck
This is a perfect example of bad coaching. You must talk with your players, motivate them and learn them to dodge well. One of the most common mistake a player do is trying to do too much and looking at the opponents in the nearing and thinking how to avoid them. You have to be sure they understand that they should focus entirely in the act of dodging itself, and only after that is complete then look at the other things, sir!
When they learn and pay attention to the little things I'm pretty sure succesful dodges shall come for them.
Is the same as receptions in the NFL, you must focus first on the catch, then on the run!
PS: as an aside note, if some of them already got Two Heads, then it means they got 4 ears, so they should understand you lessons easily.

Re: Dodgy run of luck
The curious run of luck continued in the next game, this time with the Really Stupid rolls on the Warpstone Troll. He managed to roll 5 ones out of 5 rolls. There was a turn in the middle when he could not roll because he was stunned. Finally, he passed the roll at the 6th attempt, but since he had to go-for-it to make his Blitz, he naturally rolled a 1 for that.
I wait with trepidation to see what the next run of ones will strike on this team!

one of my ogre team games I had all five bonehead in one turn, three were then floored by my opponent and they all boneheaded the next turn too. Safe to say that game did not end well.

My "silliest" 1's experience was playing Bloodbowl 7s.
At the time, my team consisted of 7 ogres(LRB 4)...and on the vital turn in a tournament final, where his elves hit contact to hold me up, I successfully rolled 7 1's in a row to bonehead with every. single. ogre.
I lost.
