Inflated TV dark elves vs low TV globlins

Post by JJB »

Hi everyone.

I'm facing goblins in my last regular game of my season. I must win this game to get into our play-offs. Two difficulties:
- I'm traditionally unlucky, it's been the opposite for my opponent (e.g. he recently tore some undead apart).
- For the first time in many games, I've got no MNGs (I usually have 2 per game) so my TV has now shot up (1700) while his is very low (1070) - accordingly, I fear he will pack his team with secret weapons (the other goblins I played this season had very very reliable secret weapons).

My team:

His team:

My questions:
- which players should I get rid of to decrease my TV, if any: the -ag assassin and/or the -av lineman? Anyone/thing else?
- I'm very very tempted to buy a 4th reroll due to my depressing bad luck this season. But that's an extra 50tv. Thoughts?

Thanks.

I'd definately fire the assassin, but thats probably it. A shame your mb blitzer haven't got tackle yet, it would have been golden in this game. Gobbos are good fun to play against but can be dangerous. Faced some with a vamp team and only had a single stunned vamp left on the pit by turn 16.

Isn't the assassin better than the lineman against gobbos due to the higher effectiveness of stab vs av7?
