need help for humen team

hello yall i'm new to this sport and am puting together a play book for my human team"not sure of name yet for them".

was wondering if yall could help out i need tactics and good plays for defences and offence.

also some diagrams would be great as this play book i will be printing and taking around with me.

so can anyone help?

ok really what i'm looking for are plays diagrams that i can put together to make a play-book.

tactics are great ,but i need something that i can look at fast to see how to set up my guys to counter opponets set up.

and from me to set up go plays like the 3-4-4,and 5-5-1 play stuff like this with diagrams.
