How about some Centaur Skeletons for the Undead? Confrontation makes some killer mini's for Centaur skeletons.

Skills: Surefeet, Sprint

The other way to approach this would be to compare a Human Lineman to a Skeleton and then convert the Forest Folk Centaur from the Citadel Journal #17 ( http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/La ... tFolk.html ). In which case you would get something like:
0-2 Undead Centaur
110,000
6/4/2/7 Sure Feet, Regeneration

That's a little over-priced don't ya think? You're dropping the MV and AV by 1 apiece and adding regen. for 10k more then a normal Centaur. Maybe (90k) tops.

The original Centaur was too underpriced in the Forest Folk article should have cost 110k minimum. Running this undead centaur through the calculator you get:
50k+
MA6 (0k)+
ST4 (60k)+
AG2 (-20k)+
AV7 (-20k)+
Sure Feet (20k)+
Regeneration (30k) =
120k (you half all amounts over 100k) so
that you a cost of 110k for the player.

There is an excel spreadsheet that you can download that computes a new player's cost and it includes an automated lookup table for the cost for all the skills and negative skills at:

By are you sure, I can take that two ways:

1) Am I sure that the Undead Centaur should have AV 7? YES, bones are bones .. AV 7.

2) Am I sure that AV 7 is a -20k to player cost? YES, long established standard on player costing.

Yes, 50k is the base cost of every player. If you have a question about any given player, just let me know. The spreadsheet that shows how the cost calcuations work along with the team discount factor is:

The 50k/60k rules is correct for ALMOST all GW teams, there are some exceptions, but if you are trying to create a new team from scratch this is the base rule to use.
I've spent a lot of time researching this.

Galak, I posted this in the For Sale! site also. But, where did you get your Satyr mini's for your Forest folk team? Centaurs are nice, but the Confrontation Centaur's are awesome!!

Satyrs are from a company called Grim Reaper Castings. If you call them, tell them Tom Anders sent you please as I do a lot of large orders with them (I buy my figs in bulk (12 to 30 at a time of each fig)), and I'd like him to know that I sent some business his way.
