Ok, now that it is clear.

How are TD Spp's earned? Are we going to give 3 Spp's to every Gobbo in the endzone at the end of the half, and 6 spp's to the Gobbo with the ball, in the endzone?

If that is the case I think we should give 3 Spp's and a TD to the Gobbo with the ball regardless if he is in the endzone, just for remembering to pick it up. So if he was in the Endzone he gets two TD's but only one if he is not.

And how many gobbo's are we allowing on a team? ONLY 16? We might want to increase that number, to say 32, if Gobbo's are going to be pouring onto the field the whole time. (even with that many+unlimited fouling, I doubt that either team will have 11 at the end of the game.)

And my vote is NO on the Spp's for fouling, OR only 1 instead of 2 for the cas.

That is the other thing mentioned... that if there are no players left then the game ends.

My vote is no for SPPS on fouls... things would get outta hand REAL quick.

What do you think of doing fouling like this:

Fouling becomes a free action, (like picking up the ball) it can be done in conjunction with any other action but only once per team turn. I.E. Goblin #1 blitzes Gobbo #2. #2 goes down but the AV roll fails. Gobbo #1 can then foul him and earn SPP's for the foul, but no other fouls may be attempted that turn.

I definitely want in.

I am really in favor of using the different gobbo rosters. I want to unleash the power of the night gobbos!!

spps are a must for fouling, but only one foul per turn.

Sound like a plan to me. So, would I need to declare the foul after completing the blitz (sort of "AV not broken - OK, he'll foul!" ), or just roll for it?

BTW, how did you get on with writing up the rules?

Well I went with the no spp's for fouling or weapons for now, we'll see how it goes.
The rules are written up, Tim has sent me the info I need to set up the page. I just need a day or two to dive into the stuff.
(I'm off Tuesday and Wednesday so around then)

Ironically, I just wrote an article on Goblin Tribal Leagues for BB Magazine. I sent a copy to Galak for review, and will be sending it in to Andy right after I snap some pictures.

Well since we got these rules out of a BB Mag I don't how much luck you'll have. :-?

Why don't you join my league and then write up and atricle on converting the rules to the LRB edition? You can take most of the credit, I don't mind.

Yeah, but those rules came out long ago. Mine is quite different. 8)

I can't commit the time unfortunately, SWG, 6 new 2e teams to paint, wife, son, existing BB league, work, and my last semester of grad school starting up in a couple of weeks...
