I finished all the conversion so that the league software used by the PBeMBBL would track league points correctly so that we can have real seasons in the league with playoffs and the whole nine yards.
The MBBL2 is open to EVERYONE. Its is using the full 5 change package that was discussed here over the last month.
In addition if you are looking for a fun change of pace, the MBBL2 has 80 different races that you can pick from to create your team, plus a lot of new skills, and other special things.
So if you'd like to throw done with something completely different come check the league out:

Example of some of the unusually teams you'll find in the MBBL2:
My Snotling team:

My Slann team:

High & Mighty's Nurgles Rotters team:

So if you want something completely different give it a try ...

Whew, I would really LOVE to get in the league, but after reading through some of the rules it seems rough. A whole lot of new additions to learn.
Is there a time limit on when to join? Otherwise I might have a couple days to look things over.

The easiest way to join the MBBL2 is to just play each game one at a time. If your first opponent is a Lycanthrope team ... go and read up about that team and understand its skills. Look over the roster and make sure you understand everything on it that might be new. You don't have to learn everything at once ... one game at a time is sufficient.

From now until the league closes (many years from now I hope) ... its open to join at any time all the time.

Hmmm.... I'm really interested, but I have a couple of questions.
Normally, the one turn a day thing isn't a big deal, but it might considering my company is heading into our busy season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day). As work is where I would have the best chance of getting in my turn, my question is this:
I know multiple computers for one game is not, but what about multipile computers for multiple games?

why would there be a problem with using multiple computers for one game?

Work in big office. Save turn on 5 different computers. Play the same turn on each of the 5 computers. Save and mail the one that had the best outcome.
That's why multiple computer use is a big no-no in PBeM ... one of those get disqualified and kick out of league type no-no.

Once your teams have been uploaded into the league, click on the tiny challenge/status icon to the right of the team. It will tell u everyone available for challenging.

you don't email me your rosters.
You sign up for the Forum and send a message to GalakStarscraper asking to join. I'll add you to the approved coaches and then you can go to the main page and you'll see an area on the bottom left for Team Administration to add your roster.

Okay, I decided to go basic for my first season, and made up a Human team, the Carnivores (stolen from that Jack in the Box ad). They're up and running.

Chris .. if you enjoy Humans ... then your next experiment you might want to try keeping with a Human concept but a little MBBL2 extra. Try either Bright Crusaders or Border Princes. I played Crusaders for 2 seasons and just missed the playoffs both years.

I almost ran a Crusader's team, but I wanted to keep it basic this season, just to get used to things.
Okay, now I have a stupid question. I've been challenged, and I accepted it and got this message:
Please start the game in the Tool and send it to your opponent.Once the game is over, come back and make an end game report.
How far do I go in the set up before sending the game to my opponent?

Load the two teams, and send it over. This way the one who does the pre-game rolls can't keep starting over to get favourable results.
