Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!
You need some Tackle in your team. Then you need to defend well - which, with Orcs, means chucking your high ST guys into TZs in the right way, so that your opponent has to make half dice blocks, or else dodge his entire team away. This is where you really need a Blitzer with Tackle hanging back in case your opponent tries to make a run for it.

If the tactic of the fast team is to let a thrower with the ball hang in the back, use one fast player to put pressure on his thrower/ball carrier and force his play before he's ready.

The truth of the BBRC 2004 finally hits home:
"What!? No more Dauntless Ogres!?"
Strip ball is a nice skill too, in fact a blitzer with strip ball and tackle is ideal to take care of any poorly defended ball carrier.
Also, Do not over-commit. Agility teams are also fast. They can look as though they are going to one side and then switch to the other very quickly. Slow them down by staying spread out and continuing to bash them.
Then laugh when your opponent says he'll never play you again, blah blah, neither will his friends, blah, blah, blah...
