The biggest PBeM match ever?

Been having fun with the PBeM client recently and a thought struck me... How about the biggest match of all time? (well not really, but a fun match) featuring 16 coaches.

Here's how it works, two teams, chaos pact and the old world, two head coaches and 14 other coaches. Each coach takes one turn then emails it (as per usual) to the next coach in turn on the opposing team. The head coaches purchase the team and decide (pre match) who takes what turn. The coaches write up a review of the turn and post it in a specially marked thread for the others to read, at the end of the match, the saved game is put up for all to review ;)

Would there be any interest? We'd need 13 coaches and two head coaches, I'm happy to be just a normal coach :P

If you use the rules for those two teams from the MBBL site or use the Annual but only allow the Chaos Pact team a max of two Big Guys; I'll be one of the two head coaches. I assume the Head Coaches take the first turn.

However, I highly recommend you wait for version 2.4 of the PBeM tool to come out.

Aye, I'll go with the most balanced of the rules for the alliance teams and I'll happily wait for the 2.4 tool :)

Actually the REBBL will be doing this in the next few weeks...

We are having a Pro Bowl, between our two conferences. We have 16 teams, 8 in each conference. Each team will send 1 player to the Pro Bowl team, the other 8 for each team are the top SPP earners.

Should be a blast!!!

In fact the strategizing is already taking place as to which players to send from each team.

Do we take an Ogre without Block, Rat Ogre with Block, or a Treeman?

Among other questions...

The TRUBBL League will also be hosting a Pro-Bowl for it's members at the end of the season (same format).
It is planned that the winning team from that game will take the Pro-Bowl winners from REBBL.
