Star Players and Team Rating during a League

Hi Guys,
I wasn't able to find an exact answer to this question. How much does a Star Player count for towards a team's rating? Does it cost the original price in rating points before the freebooter discount or does it cost the new freebooter price? For example, if I hire Griff on my team during a league he only cost 90K. Does he add 18 to my team rating based off his orginal cost or does he add 9 after his freebooting cost?

TR is only calculated during the post game.

So the TR you started the game with is not changed at all by any freebooting ever.

Sometimes I just want to kick myself for asking a question before I go through the motions. I am putting my league rules in Army Builder and was so concerned with getting the program right I didn't even think about that even being a factor.
