New lizzard team

In the new year i am starting a new lizzard team, i have been playing for the past 3 months with the same team but we are restarting the league as we all are new players and now we know the rules better we thought it would be good to start again, My problem is that early in the league my lizards did well but then the inability of the skinks to get skills like sure hands and block left the skinks vunerable to strip ball and being blitzed, as well as the saurus's spending alot of their time on their backs due to not having block. As I have not been able to find anyone who has had experience with playing lizards, I am hoping that as the team developes it will regain some of its power as I get skills for the Saurus's is this true and how do I defend against Ag4 teams who seem to run rings around me and thump my skinks

sauri are supposed to be mainly used as tackle zones, not necessarily as heavy hitters. it is not easy to break through a line of ST4 players, so take that to your advantage by protecting the skinks.
