Big communication problem with Comixininos

Hi.

Sorry, but i'm really hopeless.
I've paid by paypal 263 euros to comixininos on January 4th.
The site said they were at holiday up to January 6th.
After hi sent my paypal order, i didn't receive a confirmation mail from comixininos.
Since January 6th, i've sent 6 messages by comixininos contact adress from their website.
I send a mail to meiko miniatures about that problem.
I post several messages on comixininos facebook adress.
I sent a message by comixininos ebay account.

And, i had zero reply......
I'm really worried because 260 euros is a substantial amount for me.

It seems like Alex always has a lag with his communication, you are not the first to experience this

However he is a very reliable trader, don't stress.

Eight days without any reply, it's very strange.. especially as he continues to update the site and facebook...

Have you done the usual--checked your spam folders and so on? I placed an order on the 8th and received what I assume was an auto-reply from their storefront system, and have been notified that the order shipped.

I'll reiterate what Fassbinder said: you've got nothing to worry about. They'll take care of you.

Bought a team from them on ebay. Arrived soon enough but an arm was missing. That was maybe 3 weeks ago and I havent had a response to any messages. Very disappointing.

Seems ridiculous to make a complaint through ebay over this, but the team is for a painting competition, was quite expensive, and needs to be complete.
