Why doesn't the Pogoer have secret weapon?

The pogoer used to have Secret Weapon, but it was removed to make the team a bit better (iirc).

Better question why don't Zara, Hemlock, Assassins have Secret Weapon as they most definitely do have weapons?

From a fluff perspective Stabbers hide their weapons (and obviously BB refs don't view a Pogo Stick as a weapon). As Lunchmoney said from a practical game play viewpoint, players do or don't have Secret Weapon to balance teams.
