Foul apperance?

I have a couple of questions regardning this skill.

Question 1
If my oppenent have two players with this skill both standning next to my receiver (1 square between), do I get -1 from each of them resulting in -2 to recieve the ball (not included if the pass was accurate or not)?

Question 2
Does the -1 count if the uglly player with foul apperance is on the ground (prone)?
