Hi all, Im new to the game and started playing in a tournament with high elves. Im starting to get injuries on my players eg; -1ma, -1ag, -1 st etc... . I have been told that i can sell off these players and recieve half their cost back, but I can't finded anything in the rule book. Is this like a house rule or is this possible and if it is in the rule book where?

This is a house rule by the sounds of it, in the rules you get an assistant caoch if you retire a player.
And welcome aboard

if your league allows it then that's great, but it's not in the standard rules anywhere, as Valen said.
that would in fact make your elves a lot more viable in the long term situation. i still wouldn't immediately sell back every player that recieved some kind of downgrade in most situations. a movement 5 line elf just gets stuck on the line every kickoff so that you are not upset if he gets clobbered!
also welcome to the group!

Exactly. Don't get rid of them until you have a full team of 16 and you can afford to make room.

You should look under som ehouse rules forums.
Actually we hav this rule in our league and it plays well. When the player got some characteristic drops you even get less than the half. But it is better than an Stengh 2 longbeard raising unesecarily your team rating.
Maybe you should look here.
