Re-rolling kick off's

Thought I'd ask an annoying question I just thought of while I was browsing this site

Can you use the pro skill or a re-roll to retake a bad kick-off?

I don't mean to re-roll a result on the kick-off table (now that would be silly) just the actual kick itself?

No re-rolls are allowed during kick off, that includes kick of table and the kick scatter. Hope that helps!
And welcome to tbb!

There is one way to at least influence the scatter roll: the kick skill!

If a player on your team has it, he can choose to only move the ball half the distance instead of the full length.

Almost correct. Only if the player with the kick skill is not on the LoS or in either wide zone!
