Ickle Book Vault 1.10 Edition ... needs a read

It's uglier than version one, but I haven't had as much time to dick with it, and given the team restructuring (and the fact that there's no handy cut-and-paste skill access chart) I included all the team info in it as well. So there's a LOT of stuff in it.

I'm looking mainly for major errors. I had to do some hideous abbreviating in the all-teams table on the last two pages to get everything to fit, but this book is really intended to be used with a full PBBL rulebook close at hand, not to replace it, so I'm not losing any sleep over that.
