Hey guys
If I roll a 10 (blitz) on the kick-off table, am I allowed to use team re-rolls for the blitz?

Hmm good question. We have always used TRRs on a blitz, I'd say it's up to the Commish really.

You can use them even if it's not really your own turn

You can use TRRs in a blitz - the blurb says:-
You get an extra team turn.
