Hi
I can't stop wonder why so many of my friends have problems getting their attempts to register an account approved, so that they too may enter and contribute to this site...
At least 2 people I know are still patiently waiting for that email telling them their account have been activated.
Is there a pool of waiting people somewhere that you admins can go into and clear out? Or do they have to try and register again ?
Please PM me if you need email address and registered username to find and activate them
Unless you're resarch has shown that you don't want them as members...

Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot activate anybody, as Xtreme said.
However, it seems that the email to tell people their account has been activated doesn't always seem to get sent (or gets caught in spam filters), so if they signed up more than a week ago, ask them to try to log in, as there are no outstanding activations from 29th May backwards.

The "activate user" function is now fixed, and all outstanding sign-ups have been okayed.

Neither of those names are registered, can you tell them too re apply, as all the users have now been approved

I can give them my password. They may have a bit of PR to do to get people to not hate the new Snew but I've been pretty tame lately. It shouldn't be too tough.

yer, been nutso busy since I started my new job in January, bought a house in February, and now am a single guy without a psycho girlfriend but gained another dog. The new one hasn't learned to eat BB dice yet.
I need to take a look around this ol' place. There's a lot of people I don't know.

Thanks Boss, I'll get my IM figured out so I quit taking over other people's threads.
But now, I have to be off to work. Law Day in the County today. I still got 3/4s of a bottle of Jack Daniels to nurse to post work day hangover.
