New (returned) player, London

Hey all!

Long story short - I haven't played in about 10 years until moving to SE London last year. A quick match with a mate at work and the (protracted) recovery of my board later, I've converted a rather fetching Dark Elf team (pics to follow in the future!), with a Dwarf team en route, and I'm putting myself back out into the world of Blood Bowl.

It's good to be home.

Any pointers on how to get involved? I'm a ship in the dark at the minute. I'd be keen to get involved in a group down the line, a few casual games, that sort of thing.

Cheers!

I've got a inkling Tanelorn gaming club isn't far from you, they've got a few players there.

Oh and welcome :D

The ECBBL would be glad to have another player. We are no longer at the green man on a tuesday but at the masons arms (58 Devonshire St, London, W1W 5EA‎ ) which is just down the road from the green man.

Sounds good. Unfortunately prior engagements mean Tuesdays are off the radar for a couple of weeks, but I'll certainly pop in at some stage for a look-see.

Like the look of those custom pitches, by the way - all your own work? Nice job!

We run on a season-by-season basis, starting new each season, and are in the latter half of the current season. There should be paople around who do not have matches scheduled if you want a game, and then you can join the start of the next season if you wish.

Thanks, pitches are mostly my own work, I borrowed the BB logo and centre skull, and the adverts were created by people here.

Hi all, and apologies if I'm hijacking, but I'm in a similar boat to Shteve0 - returning from a long term abscence, London based, and no idea where to start! The ECBBL sounds cool, although again like Shteve0, I probably can't do most Tuesday nights. Do you guys ever have non-Tuesday night games?

We do play mainly on a Tuesday but if you join our site (link above) and post you may be able to get some midweek games. League is probably going to restart at the begining of September.
