not sure how big it needs to be
though if you google there are websites that resize pics and let you download the new sized file

I resized it, but , I still can not bring it up.... is there anyone that can figure it out better than I please?

Tell a lie, it's not built-in, it's one of the free Microsoft Powertoys:

Open the image in Paint and use the "Image", "Stretch/Skew" to resize the image by percents until you get it down to 80 x 80 pixels.... Save as jpeg/gif and rehost it....
