Here's a quick-and-dirty temporary logo for the new incarnation (until someone comes up with a nicer one), in case there's not one to hand.

I actually like that a lot...

I like that one to.

i like the font and the ball as dot.

I don't like the background image tough (white line ok, but this green and red/brown - don't know, "dirty" field just doesn't fit with a "clean" ball

To be fair, I did say: "until someone comes up with a nicer one" so it served its purpose for an hour and 47 minutes (which is coincidentally the life expectancy for one of my halflings).

I do like mrbrownesquire's version but also agree that it is rather busy. I suggest a solid fill (rather than a texture) for the letters and although it'd be a shame to hide that lovely pitch, a slight (1 or 2 pixel) blur to be background would help the letters stand out a little more.
