About Polls

Two questions:
1.Is there a way to change your vote?
2.Is there a way to refuse from voting and still see the results?
For example:
Let's assume you have no opinion on whether trolls are worth having or not, and would like to form your opinion by reading the relevant thread - but in order to see the results, you have to vote - the problem two above.
Well, let's assume that you voted something, but after seeing more posts on the topic, you change your opinion - but you no longer can change your vote, featuring problem one above.
The troll thread might not be the best example - I have encountered this problem with some other polls, but I thought it would be good to give a recent example.
