I was playing a game recently, I was orcs and my opponents was using chaos dwarfs. his bull centaur blitzed my black orc and got the both down result. the Bull Centaur then failed his armour test and got the casualty result. does my black orc get star player points for causing a casualty?

Yes. Check the rules. The person initiating the block is not the only one who can earn SPPs

Ditto, you can even use skill as long as your in the block. So if they roll a skull and fall down you could use mighty blow or claw.
