there isn't one, if there was then there would be balence issues!

Yes, more or less all races except Halflings and Goblins are balanced, but if you ask which is the most annoying race to play against, most coaches would answer Woodelfs.

Dwarves are the most annoying to play against, but definately not the best overall.
They are all more or less balanced (except Gobbos, Flings and Ogres)

I got the idea for the team about a year ago for a tournement.
Didnt make it through the playoff at the first day thoug.
I won against a dwarf team and a woodelf team but lost to a darkelf and a hobgoblin team. A draw against any of these 2 would have seen me throug to the playoff at day 2.
I allso used them i a 6 player league and ended out at the 1/2 place (the CH.D team got the same amount of tournement points)
Some time back i found a Amaerican Football smurf so i purchased 2 of that one to replace the the ones i had.

That's so gross it's cool again. But where is the head smurf Starplayer /w the red cap? and where's the Smurfette? (or what's it called, the one with the blond pigtails)?

Playing Chaos Dwarves myself I agree that they are a very good team to start with. The linemen are second-to-none (though tied with the regular dwarven long-beards) and they have extremely strong and fast Blitzers/ball carriers in the Bull Centaurs ... not to mention the option to have either a real menace on the line of scrimmage (Troll) or probably the best deep defensive sweeper in the minotaur (ST 6 when blitzing with horns) - and it mutates. Overall a very very effective team in my experience.
