Silly Question: Star Player Rolls

The chart for star player rolls is a trifle confusing to me, for some reason.

The thing that I wonder about is the notation as such:

SPPs ... Star Player Rolls
0-5 ... none
6-15 ... one
16-30 ... two
31-50 ... three
etc.

The question is thus:
Do you only get one roll per "level up", or does the number increase sequentially as you level, ie. 3 star player rolls for achieving level three, 5 for level five, et cetera.

I'm thinking its one per level, but, then again, seeing the table like this is kind of making me doubt myself.

of course, in the rare case that your players gets enough points in a match for passing two categories, he will have two advances, not just one.

iej: a catcher has his day, and scores 4 TDs (4x3=12) and gets awarded an mvp (5) .. he has to roll twice, as he is now over 16 spp.

you will get one star player roll for each level-up.
If a player gets enough points two gain two level-ups a match or more then you have to roll once for each level and the player may get two rolls after one match.

As a sidenote, you're not the first person to ask that question. One poster on this site actually had a league going with those rules.
