Most of the teams in my league are big fist teams. Im getting to know the game better, but I think Im lacking in some fundementals.. What are the best lineups? Heres my team..

2-SV
1-Thrower accurate, safe throw, sure hands, block
3 GR (2 with block)
7 Linemen( 1 with block)

I usually put the GR too far back to sufficiently penetrate the defence on the snap. reccomendations??

I usually put my gutter runners 1 sq from the half way line one usually gets blitzed but with blodge and sidestep i have a chance of standing and even moving closer to the ball

i then go after whoever has the ball and blitz them if possable, you deffo want kick on a linerat to put the ball deep so they can't form the cage so quickly

then with good positioning of the rest of your team should stop them moving down the pitch so easily
