Hi dudes, i was wondering if there are any female bloodbowl teams that are goodlooking, unlike those amazons.. or should I play dwarfs?

If you're not worried about having GW figs then check out Shadowforge ( http://www.shadowforge.com.au/ ), or alternatively wait for PHil's Phigs to release the female DE's ( http://www.phigsminiatures.com/ ).

Of course, you could always convert from the Sisters of Sigmar/Amazon Mordheim range.

Official teams no, several net teams. Valkyries, Nuns, Bunnies (its a female team). Soon to be a female Dark Elf team, mini's from Phils Phigs.

I would recommend either the shadowforge female elf team (which could be used as welfs, helfs, or the new pro elfs) or Phil's Phigs Valkyrie team (which could be used as humans, norse, or amazon). I have both teams and they look great.

Personally I like the look of the female DE team.

I've just ordered the female elf team from Shadowforge, they look great, much better than the current citadel woodelves, which I am planning to use them as. Anyone have any idea how long the shipping takes with them?

I think Shadowforge has shipped to the UK in about 4 days, but you can get them in the UK direct from Artemis Black's (http://www.artemisblacks.co.uk/). I've ordered from them before, and got excellent service.

I really do think that if a coach is going to field a team of bunnies in a blood bowl league, then there should be a rule called 'leering' included.

This is when certain members of the opposing male team (say a select few which are selected before the match - say 3 players) have to roll a dice before they tackle these bunnies.

On a roll of 1 - they are too busy leering at the bunnies boobs to tackle them, anything else 2-6 and they can procede with the block/blitz.

Would make the contest interesting. Incidently, the player wouldn't lose the tackle zone because of it, just the block.

Could not the same rule be applied to the Bunnies, say to Human and Elf teams? I think the opposing teams are more likely to sit around and laugh. Now the new DE minis from Phiggs, thats a different proposition.

Thats coz it benefits the Bunnies and no one else. No its just something AoL has made up.
