I think I've been had.....

Ok my regular opponent switched from an Old World Team, to a Human Team. And without me really knowing it, he kept his more promising players from the O.W. team! In the Living Rulebook on page 38 it clearly states that we can't do that! I didnt realize until know that, I've been cheated. Luckily Ive only played one game w/ his new team? What would you do in this situation?

Tell him that's not allowed and that he has to start with a rooky team. But if he's your regular opponent, and I assume a friend, this should be solvable without too much trouble, right?

Make sure he replaces the old players with 0SPP new ones.
