Tournament rules ('Barry the Snowman')
Due to it being a festive tournament a searing heat result on the weather table will be treated as a blizzard result
Once per player turn, one player instead of any other action can attempt to build a snowman in any adjacent unoccupied square. The coach must declare "I wanna build a snowman!" Prior to activating the player. To build the snowman a player must roll 4+ on a D6, any unmarked player in a square adjacent to the square in which the snowman is being built can provide an assist adding +1 to the dice roll.
Only one snowman per team can be on the pitch at any one time. Snowmen can't assist or take actions. The snowman has no tackle zone and has the following stats: MA 0. ST 3. AG 6+. PA -. AV 5+. No hands, stand firm (stand firm must be used where possible).
If the snowman is knocked over it is immediately removed from the board. At the end of each drive, the snow blowers remove any snowmen on the gridiron.
