Hi Coaches-
A BIG note to let you all know that I'm considering (and will probably ultimately be) putting this on Tour Play.
it will mean a slight change to the skills packages and the bonus points. I thought that there would be a change to the Tie Breakers, but then I saw that I never actually published them.
I'll amend the details of skills package and tie breakers in the main post. (and check with NAF that this is OK!) But first I wanted to give any signed up coaches the chance to message me if they'd rather NOT, cannot or will not load and use tour play to submit their roster and submit results on the day. Naaaaaaaah, It's just the things that TP does in a TP way, like SPP v skills as a way of sorting upgrades and having a second and third place award and which type of SOS, and some other stuff I can't remember right now.

Starting a post with an apology again!
I AM sorry, I thought I'd made this clear weeks ago - because of the team selection and skill package set up on Tour Play and to enable two of my favorite teams, there Are now FIVE tiers of teams. Li'll Lizzies and Undergobs and Blorcs are now included as Tier 4, what WERE T4 teams are now T5, but should have the same skills package. As updated on OG post and as follows:

Skill Upgrades
Each Tier will have this many SPP to distribute amongst their players before the tournament:
Tier 1 30
Tier 2 36
Tier 3 42
Tier 4 48
Tier 5 48

Star Players May not receive extra Skills. No Random skills may be taken. No more than four instances of the same skill may be added. Skills may be stacked on players, but their cost will be as on p71 of The Official Rule Book.


Tiers.
Tier 1
Orc, Dwarf, Skaven, Dark Elf, Wood Elf, Human, Undead, Underworld, Necromantic Horrors.

Tier 2
Amazons, Chaos Dwarf, Elven Union, High Elf, Lizardmen, Norse, Tomb Kings, Vampire.

Tier 3
Black Orc, OWA, Slaan, Nurgle, Chaos Chosen, Chaos Renegade, Khorne, Imperial Nobility.

Tier 4
Blorcs; Black Orcs with no Orcs, Mini-Lizzies: Lizardmen with no Suarui, Undergobs: Underworld with no Skaven, Except Rogre!

Tier 5
Haflings, Goblins, Gnomes, Ogres, Snottlings, Undergobs (Underworld Goblins + Big guy) Skinks (Lizardmen Skinks + Kroxigor)

I notice that TourPlay is using skill points rather than SPP. Does this mean we are allowed to stack at no penalty? I.e. 2 primary skills stacked will take 2 skill points where as with SPP it would be 14spp and impact your ability to use SPP

No, sorry, stacking skills are (or should be) as rule book - ie 6 for the first 8 for the second primary. If its not working like that please write your roster like that I will have to go through each one and approve and ask for ammendmnets....
