Picture tool for pbem?

Someone had a utility to put pictures into pbem rosters? anyone remember where it was, i lost my copy.

Alrite i found the program on my own but i dont understand how too get the pictures into html format to work on it.

i have setup a prog to make that!
check it out there:
http://fredweb.chez.tiscali.fr
Go to the picture tool and use the 'custom pics section'
Normally that should works fine!
The last update isn't uploaded yet but soon!

Thanks Dain, i had your other one, but this one rocks. Galak will certainly appreciate it im sure, now all the teams i send him can have the pictures already installed.
